The Irish Times Innovation of the Year Awards took place in CHQ, Dublin on Wednesday 15th November. These prestigious awards, now in their 14th year, have a wide variety of companies entering the various categories, from small enterprises to multinationals.
Orreco were nominated in the IT and Fintech category, for our work bringing our Te@m platform to the market in 2023. The nomination also included our pioneering work with our FitrWoman app and FitrCoach platform.
We were delighted to win both the IT and Fintech category and to pick up the overall award for Innovation of the Year. Thank you to The Irish Times for organising such the event, the judges who awarded the honours to Orreco, the sponsors and of course our fellow nominees in the various categories.
The finalists are across the five categories: sustainability (sponsored by Skillnet Ireland); IT and Fintech (sponsored by Mason Hayes & Curran); life sciences and healthcare (sponsored by Science Foundation Ireland); new frontiers (sponsored by UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School); and first-time founder.
